Position Details
Location: Windsor (Hybrid Working). Full Time (40 hours per week). 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
About the Role
Reporting to the Group Head of FP&A, you will play a central role in delivering accurate, timely financial reporting across the group.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead on the annual audit process, acting as a key contact for external auditors
* Prepare and review statutory accounts, including disclosures and supporting documentation
* Ensure strong financial controls, reporting accuracy, and compliance across the group
* Perform month‑end balance sheet reconciliations and maintain supporting schedules
* Manage Capex reporting and the Fixed Asset Register
* Support month‑end close processes, including journals and head office reporting
* Assist with the annual budgeting process
* Contribute to statutory and regulatory reporting, e.g. ONS submissions
* Partner with non‑finance stakeholders, explaining financial information clearly
* Support ad‑hoc reporting and projects as the business continues to grow
About You
We’re looking for a motivated, detail‑driven accountant with strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills.
Key Requirements
* ACA or ACCA qualified (or newly qualified)
* Excellent attention to detail and a strong controls mindset
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Confident communicator, able to engage non‑finance stakeholders
* Advanced Excel skills (e.g. Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, VLOOKUPs)
* Experience with Sage 200 (or similar) is desirable
* Experience in a multi‑site or social care environment is advantageous
* Eligible to work in the UK and pass a DBS check
