We’re looking for a proactive and organised Customer Service Administrator to join our clients busy team. This is a varied admin role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, supporting customers with their queries and providing a high level of service.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming calls and emails from clients and internal teams

Maintain accurate records and update internal systems with delivery and booking information
*
Support colleagues with general administrative tasks
*
Process paperwork including delivery notes, invoices and customer documentation
*
Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally, escalating when necessary
*
Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely communication
*
Assist with scheduling and coordination of deliveries and collections

Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional manner

Previous experience in an admin or customer service role

Good attention to detail and ability to multitask

Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems
Working hours (20 per week):
* Monday to Friday 10am-2pm (some flexibility is available on start time)
