Business Operations Specialist
£50,000 - £55,000 per annum

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Business & Operational Specialist to support the efficient daily operations of team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected global organisation, where you will play a key role in supporting budget management, contract administration, event logistics, and compliance processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the main point of contact for Activity Request Forms (ARFs) and HCP contracts, from drafting through to final signature.
* Support processes in SAP including raising PRs/POs, goods receipting, and vendor support (training provided).
* Track and process invoices, ensuring accurate reconciliation against ARFs, CRFs, and POs.
* Maintain accurate Transfer of Value (TOV) data for ABPI and Nordic disclosures, supporting annual submission deadlines.
* Upload, track, and manage documents within Veeva PromoMats (training provided).
What We’re Looking For
* Previous contract administration experience
* Strong IT capability – confident with Microsoft Office, Smartsheet or similar
* Excellent communication skills – clear, professional, and proactive
* Exceptional attention to detail – comfortable working with data and compliance tasks
* Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* A collaborative team player with a positive mindset
SAP experience is desirable but not essential – training will be provided.
