What you will do: Whilst work is assigned from email, telephone calls and project tasks by the Chief Nurse and CNMs, you will self manage the workload, prioritising using own initiative and will be expected to work independently with minimum supervision. You will undertake all aspects of administrative duties, including diary management for the Chief Nurse/CNMs. You will have line management responsibilities for 1 member of admin staff, and will be expected to line manage, support and develop this individual. Line management experience would be advantageous however further training may be supported.
