LET’S CUT STRAIGHT TO IT

We are seeking an experienced Regional Property Manager to oversee the management and operation of multiple sites within the Derbyshire region. This role combines tactical planning with hands-on leadership, ensuring buildings and sites meet required standards of quality, compliance, and operations. Management of operational and non-operational areas, ensuring they are safe and secure environments, supporting the delivery of excellent service and are presented in the best possible condition



Key Responsibilities:



1. Manage daily property operations across circa sites that will include Water & Sewage treatment works, smaller pumping stations and FM sites
2. Act as a business partner to regional stakeholders
3. Lead and develop property management teams
4. Ensure compliance with legal and safety regulations
5. Oversee budgets, financial reporting, and capital projects
6. Drive maintenance, improvement projects, and contractor management
7. Enhance stakeholder experience through exceptional service

You'll be home basedandwork within our Property team. With this being such a critical role, we’re looking for someone who can join us hours a week.


WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

8. Experience in property management and managing a portfolio of properties
9. Proven track record of leading, inspiring and developing diverse teams and suppliers across multiple sites.
10. Evidence of outstanding communication, presentation, influencing and motivation skills.
11. Experience of developing and managing contractual relationships across a diverse supply chain in ways compatible with regulatory and financial objectives;
12. Proven financial and risk management expertise
13. Project management experience
14. Experience of working in partnership with a range of internal and external stakeholders wholesale, landowners, customers and environmental groups and have a strong customer focused approach to your work.
15. Proven ability of effective decision making by recognising patterns and trends in data and drawing risk based conclusions even if they prove difficult or unpopular
16. Ability to see the ‘big picture’; understanding how the Property activities and plans come together to create value for the customer; and by understanding how the Property strategy contributes to Departmental and Company priorities
17. Ability to travel within the region, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
18. Hold a full driving licence
