Our client is looking for an experienced Receptionist & Lettings Negotiator to complement their fantastic team.
Overview of Role:
My client is looking for a friendly, confident Reception & Lettings Negotiator to be the first point of contact for their business, this is a varied, fast-paced role combining front- of -house reception duties with hands-on lettings and sales support. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys talking to people, staying organised, and thriving in a busy environment.
The Role:
* Welcoming clients and visitors and handling day-to-day reception duties
* Answering phone calls and directing them to the right person
* Managing inboxes, responding to emails, and passing enquiries on as needed
* Up-selling company services and spotting opportunities to add value
* Carrying out property viewings with potential tenants
* Completing Move in paperwork accurately and efficiently
* Identifying new business opportunities
* Working well under pressure and enjoying a fast-moving, busy workplace
* Manage lettings process from initial enquiry to successful move-in, including key management, managing, diaries etc.
* Property Viewings/checkin's/property inspections
Suitable Candidates:
* The suitable candidate will need to have previous property experience
* Previous experience working within a receptionist role
* Strong communication skills
* Excellent customer services skills
* Strong Word and Excel skills
* The suitable candidate will need to drive and have access to their own car
Hours: 9 am - 5.30 pm Monday - Friday
