Full Time: £12.40/h.
Job Summary
We are looking for caring and motivated individuals to support residents with personal care, daily activities, and social engagement. No prior experience or qualifications required; Harbour Healthcare provides training.
Responsibilities
* Provide personal and therapeutic support to residents, including assistance with bathing, dressing, feeding and mobility.
* Support residents in social and leisure activities such as arts & crafts, drama, music, gardening, shopping trips and sports events.
* Assist with residents’ health and wellbeing, ensuring a safe and respectful environment.
* Maintain accurate incident and care records as required.
* Collaborate with the care team to promote resident independence and dignity.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Willingness to learn and demonstrate Harbour Healthcare values: Humility, Accountability, Achievement, Passion, Integrity.
* Enhanced DBS check (Children & Adults) mandatory.
* UK residential status or eligibility to work in the UK.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, shifts, and weekends.
