We’re looking for a Waking Nights Female Care Assistant to support a female customer with complex needs in her own home in St Austell .
You don’t need previous complex care experience.
You do need kindness, reliability and the confidence to provide reassurance through the night.
What the role involves
As a Waking Nights Care Assistant, you’ll be part of our team of Care Experts, supporting one customer overnight in her own home so she feels safe, settled and supported.
Your role will include:
* Personal care, delivered sensitively and with dignity
* Supporting overnight routines, comfort and positioning
* Medication support and monitoring, in line with care plans
* Repositioning and pressure area care
* Gentle reassurance and companionship during the night
* Remaining awake and alert throughout the shift
This is a one-to-one role, allowing you to build consistency, trust and understanding with the same customer.
Pay, mileage and progression
* £12.24 – £18.36 per hour, depending on experience
* Paid induction training and full role-specific training
* Ongoing support from a local office team who know you by name
* Opportunities to develop your skills in complex and specialist care
