New College Lanarkshire (Cumbernauld Campus) is seeking a capable and adaptable Cleaning Supervisor to lead a team of approximately 15–20 staff, ensuring consistently high standards of cleanliness across the college site.
In this role, you will organise and oversee daily cleaning operations, manage priorities effectively, and maintain exceptional standards throughout. As the position may involve supporting multiple campus locations, a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential. Responsibilities include:
1. Supervise and coordinate cleaning activities to ensure efficient day-to-day operations
2. Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the cleaning team
3. Monitor team performance
4. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and procedures
5. Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and service delivery
6. Support the training and development of new staff
7. Promote a positive and professional team culture built on respect, collaboration, and growth
