Minerva Financial is looking for an Administrator to support the day-to-day running of our office and help us continue delivering the thoughtful, client-first service our small business is built on. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organised, approachable, and takes pride in delivering an excellent client experience.
Office-based in Teddington, with flexibility around school hours if desired. Key skills required: Organisation, client care, attention to detail, and dependable support.

You will play an important part in keeping the office organised, supporting the financial adviser effectively, and helping the wider client experience run smoothly and professionally.
What you’ll do
· Support the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
· Maintain a tidy, organised, and professional office environment.
· Provide dependable administrative support to the financial adviser.
· Manage the adviser’s diary, including arranging and organising meetings.
· Assist with client communication and interaction where required.
· Maintain accurate records and support day-to-day data management.
· Help ensure tasks are completed efficiently, carefully, and to a high standard.

Preferred qualifications
· Previous administrative or office support experience.
· Experience in a client-facing, financial services, or professional services environment.
· An interest in developing a longer-term career within financial advice or wealth management.
