Job summary
Reporting to the Lead People Partner, the People Partner will contribute expertise to business decision-making and develop innovative people solutions to support business plans and strategy.
You will work as a strategic HR Business Partner supporting the Provide Group, offering specialised workforce expertise and advice to ensure our people are capable, effective, and healthy, ultimately enabling excellent care delivery.
You will support organisational change to help implement the business strategy and foster positive employee relations.
Main duties of the job
Key responsibilities include:
1. Investigating, managing, and advising on complex and sensitive people issues, providing guidance across all levels within the Provide Group.
2. Creating insights, challenging, and supporting positive change by working in partnership with management through evidence-based and outcomes-driven approaches.
3. Supporting the creation and embedding of excellent people practices, including reporting on workforce KPIs and taking action to improve them.
4. Building and sustaining people management capacity through coaching managers on HR policies and practices and improving employee performance.
5. Leading change management and TUPE programmes, ensuring legal compliance.

Job responsibilities
Employee relations
Facilitating informal resolution of disciplinary, grievance, dignity at work, capability, whistleblowing, and speaking-up matters to ensure early resolution.
Advising on employment legislation, HR policies, procedures, and terms and conditions, seeking expert advice as needed.
Providing specialist HR support during formal hearings (Disciplinary, Performance, Grievance, Attendance).
Managing casework proactively to ensure quality and timeliness.
Supporting complex cases, including fixed-term contracts and issues involving senior staff.
