Responsibilities
* Install new elevators with quality and efficiency.
* Work safely in accordance with all Environmental Health & Safety guidelines.
* Stay overnight as required.
* Liaise directly with customers while on site to build good working relationships.
* Conduct inspection before and after installation to ensure high quality and safety standards.
Qualifications
* Qualified mechanic with knowledge of elevator equipment and ability to apply elevator engineering principles to installation.
* NVQ3 level in elevator installation.
* Valid driver’s licence.
* Minimum 6 months of experience in the field of elevators, preferably in assembly or on‑site installation.
* Strong electrical and mechanical skills.
* Comfortable with plan reading and calculations.
* Appetite for technical products and new technologies.
* Appreciation for manual trades and satisfaction of seeing finished work.
