As a Deputy Nurse Manager, you will:
* Manage a team of Nurses and Care staff.
* Assist the Home Manager in running the service.
* Train and coach staff to ensure high standards of care.
* Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
* Work mainly supernumerary hours, Monday to Friday,
* Be flexible to cover on the floor when needed - occasional shifts
