Training Coordinator – Manufacturing A growing, family-owned manufacturing business in Pickering is looking to appoint a Training Coordinator to take ownership of onboarding, training and early-stage employee development across the site. Based in Pickering, the role offers Monday to Thursday 8:00am–4:30pm, with an early finish at 1:30pm on Fridays, and a salary of up to £40,000. This is a key role focused on improving retention, consistency and the overall employee experience. You will have the opportunity to bring structure to training, enhance onboarding and make a visible impact from day one. The Role Working closely with managers and team leaders, you will take responsibility for how new starters are introduced, supported and developed across the business. Design and deliver structured induction programmes Improve the onboarding experience, ensuring employees are set up for success Identify skills gaps and support the development of targeted training plans Coordinate and deliver training activity across teams Support managers with coaching and team development Introduce and maintain a more structured approach to L&D Track progress, gather feedback and drive continuous improvement About You This role would suit someone from a hands-on HR admin, training or coordination background who enjoys working closely with people in a fast-paced, operational environment.
