GSL Education are hiring a skilled PE Teacher to work with schools across Sheffield, including the S2 and S3 areas, delivering engaging and inclusive PE lessons. As a Physical Education (PE) Teacher, you will plan and deliver high-quality practical and theory lessons that promote fitness, resilience, and healthy lifestyles, while maintaining a safe and well-managed learning environment. Main Duties: Deliver structured PE lessons in line with the national curriculum. Teach a range of sports and physical activities across Key Stages. Encourage teamwork, sportsmanship, and active participation. Assess student progress and provide clear, constructive feedback. Support extracurricular sports activities where appropriate. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification. Experience working as a PE Teacher in a school setting. Strong classroom and behaviour management skills. A commitment to safeguarding and promoting student wellbeing. An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
