A highly regarded AD100 design studio in London is seeking creative Senior Hospitality Designer. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-end hospitality international projects, delivering distinctive, design-led interiors.
You will be part of a collaborative studio environment and take on a leadership role, managing the drawing set and overseeing a team of designers using Revit ensuring design intent is carried through from concept to completion.
As the studio continues to develop its BIM capabilities, strong Revit proficiency will be essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop inspiring, creative design concepts with thoughtful and innovative solutions
* Produce detailed technical drawing packages, including interior architecture and bespoke joinery
* Create presentations, mood boards, material palettes, and high-quality visuals/renderings
* Lead communication with clients and mentor junior team members
* Coordinate with contractors, artisans, and suppliers to ensure design excellence in execution
* Manage project documentation and contribute to drawing set coordination
Skills and Experience
* Experience in high-end hospitality design essential
* Proven track record of leading projects and managing design packages
* Advanced Revit skills (essential), including overseeing drawing production and creating
* Strong client-facing experience and team leadership ability
