Reporting to the Head of Older Persons, as an Extra Care Manager you will be responsible for delivering a reliable, responsive and respectful person-centred extra care housing service to residents. This is a lone working role, where you will have management responsibility of the building, ensuring a safe and secure environment for residents, and staff. Our Requirements – Extra Care Manager • Understanding of professional boundaries, housing and facilities management (including fire safety). • Awareness of the support needs of older people and experience working with vulnerable adults. • Experience in a confidential, customer‑focused environment with Health & Safety responsibilities. • Strong written, verbal, numeracy and IT skills (MS Office). • Full UK drivers’ licence with access to own transport. • Welsh Language requirement – Fluent.
