JOB TITLE: Associate Director - Global Services
LOCATION: Leeds/Manchester
HOURS: Full Time
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, involving at least two days per week, or 40% of your time, at the office.
About this opportunity
We’re seeking an ambitious Associate Director to join our Global Services team. This role is ideal for a client-focused individual eager to join a high-profile coverage team.
Global Services is part of the wider Services & Public Sector team, managing relationships for Large Corporate clients with turnovers exceeding £100m. Our client portfolio includes large corporates and professional services firms, including many high-profile clients.
Your Accountabilities will include:
* Supporting client relationships to identify and meet client needs, ensuring credit and profitability requirements are satisfied.
* Reviewing client proposals, identifying opportunities for income growth, and collaborating with product partners to implement solutions.
* Ensuring timely and accurate credit reporting.
* Managing client interactions to resolve inquiries and issues satisfactorily.
* Collaborating with the Relationship Director to develop and monitor account plans that balance income and risk, meeting profitability and business objectives.
* Leading changes to bank policies, systems, processes, and practices to improve operations.
* Developing a network of internal and external partners to enhance the bank's profile.
* Supporting our goal of being the ‘Best Bank for Customers’ by fostering a customer-centric culture throughout the relationship lifecycle.

* Previous banking experience with Corporate/Commercial clients or Professional Practices, understanding their challenges and requirements.
* Ability to visualize, articulate, and solve complex problems, applying logical thinking to break down issues.
* Proactive relationship building focused on future needs, exceeding expectations, and delivering value.
* Skilled in negotiation and interaction with internal and external customers.

This role is classified under the Senior Manager and Certification Regime, requiring enhanced vetting and ongoing compliance checks. Successful candidates will be published on the FCA’s Financial Services Register and will perform client-dealing functions as defined in FCA regulations.
