We are looking for an individual with a proven office background who has previous admin experience, excellent communication and organisation skills to join our Locality admin team. Main duties of the job

The post holder will play an important role to provide efficient and comprehensive administration, accurate admin and clerical support to operational and clinical teams within our Integrated and Community Care Service (Community Nursing). This will include the ability to deal with a high volume of calls, staffing rosters, equipment audits, supporting new starters, ordering both stationery and clinical supplies in a pressured environment, have a good standard of English in order to format letters/documents, office experience and accurate data inputting skills are essential. You will be expected to manage and prioritise your own workload. The successful candidate must be able to build effective working relationships, with a professional, confident and mature attitude. The successful candidate must be flexible and adaptable to change.
The post holder will need to be flexible as they may be required to undertake cross-site working to cover annual leave/sickness to meet the needs of the service.

Research and Development
* Undertake surveys or audits (e.g., reception volume / traffic) as necessary. Ensure other admin staff undertake this as required.
