This is a fantastic short-term opportunity for individuals with a background in construction, engineering, or building services to gain practical, paid experience on a large-scale project. Location: Sheffield Role: Building Asset Surveyor Duration: Immediate start until end of July (with potential to extend into August) Rate: £15hr Accommodation: Provided for those travelling from outside the area About the Role The work involves surveying building services within office buildings in Sheffield. The process is straightforward and well-structured – ideal for individuals who are reliable, methodical, and have a good eye for detail. You’ll be issued an iPad and an online system log the number of building services in each room – such as lights, ventilation ducts, and radiators. Once an item has been surveyed, you’ll place a sticker on it to show it’s been completed. Who We’re Looking For Motivated individual seeking a new challenge on large scale project.
