Role : Bank Coordinator Salary : 28,000 - 32,000 Location : Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board - Across multiple hospital sites Job Type: Administration - Onsite Shifts : Permanent - Mon-Fri 08:30 - 17:30 About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and organised Bank Coordinator to support the effective management and growth of the staff bank across multiple healthcare sites within the Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board. This role combines recruitment, workforce coordination, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring safe staffing levels and efficient service delivery. You will be responsible for recruiting new bank staff, managing bookings across workforce systems, and working closely with hospital teams to maintain safe staffing levels. Key responsibilities include: * Recruit and onboard new staff bank members in line with workforce demand * Manage staffing bookings across multiple systems, ensuring efficient shift fulfilment * Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital teams and key stakeholders * Attend bed meetings to discuss staffing levels and workforce requirements * Monitor workforce data and present insights to senior stakeholders * Ensure accurate updates and compliance across staffing platforms * Manage your workload and diary effectively in a fast-paced environment Who We Are Looking For: Education: Relevant qualification or equivalent experience in recruitment, healthcare, or workforce coordination Licenses : Right to work in the UK Experience : Previous experience in a healthcare staffing, recruitment, or workforce coordination role Experience managing bookings or rotas within healthcare environments Experience working with stakeholders across multiple sites Skills : Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to work autonomously Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Confident in presenting data and insights to senior stakeholders Ability to manage multiple systems and prioritise workload effectively Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Desirable Systems Experience: Patchwork HealthRoster Allocate Collaborative Mindset: Comfortable working as part of a wellbeing or healthcare team.
