Zenith have an exciting opportunity for an experienced R&D Project Engineer to join a leading manufacturer and play a key role in developing next‑generation systems for major global customers. This is a hands‑on engineering role with real influence, international exposure, and full lifecycle involvement from concept to industrialisation.
What you’ll do

Drive product development in partnership with Senior Engineers and customer teams.

Translate customer needs into clear technical direction for internal functions.
*
Lead design quality, validation planning, test coordination and results analysis.
*
Investigate failures, identify root causes and propose effective solutions.
*
Support benchmarking, cost‑reduction and continuous‑improvement activities.
*
Travel to customer sites and global company locations when required.
Qualifications & Experience Required
*
Strong understanding of component manufacturing processes.
*
Degree in Engineering, Business or related field.
*
CAD/CAE capability and confident data analysis skills.
*
Excellent communication, adaptability and cross‑functional collaboration.
