They are looking to hire a new Head of Finance position.
Description
The Head of Finance will report in to the CFO and be responsible for:
* Lead, mentor and develop the team
* Key business partner to non-finance teams
* Financial planning and strategy
* Accounting and financial reporting
* Budget
* Forecast
* Cash-flow
* Risk management and compliance
Profile
The successful Head of Finance will ideally be:
* A fully qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA)
* Demonstrable experience in a similar role in another international business (Multi-currency)
* Demonstrable controls and leadership skills
* Strong business partnering skills with the ability to influence at all levels
* ERP systems exposure
Job Offer
The Head of Finance position comes with a competitive base salary of £80,000-£85,000 and package.
This is an office base role.
