We are seeking a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our award-winning team as a Wellbeing and Activities Coordinator. If this resonates with you, we would love to hear from you!
About The Role
Your focus will be to provide a variety of activities to engage and stimulate residents' physical, psychological, and social well-being, promoting privacy, dignity, independence, choice, rights, and fulfilment for all residents.
Other Responsibilities Will Include
1. Identifying residents' life histories, needs, and preferences by listening to them and their families to support the development of detailed life stories.
2. Planning and submitting a monthly activity and wellbeing plan, along with a weekly overview, to the Home Manager.
3. Organizing activities, events, and outings, encouraging staff, relatives, and visitors to participate.
4. Maintaining a safe environment and contributing to the positive image of the home.
About You

Our Ideal Candidate Must Have
* Experience working with older people in a residential, nursing, or dementia care setting.
* Experience organizing activities and events.
* Effective verbal and written communication skills.
* A positive attitude towards older people and a commitment to providing stimulating, quality activities and social events.
