Majesco Migration
Location: Remote (UK-based)
We’re looking for a hands-on engineer to join a large-scale Majesco to SAP transformation programme within the insurance sector. This is a key delivery role working across migration, integration, and platform engineering as part of a modernisation initiative.
The ideal candidate will bring strong Majesco platform expertise combined with solid engineering capability and experience working in complex enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the migration from Majesco platforms into SAP-based solutions
* Work closely with architects, SAP consultants, business analysts, and integration teams
* Analyse existing Majesco implementations and help design migration approaches
* Build and support integrations, APIs, and migration tooling
* Contribute to data migration, transformation, and reconciliation activities
* Assist with system testing, troubleshooting, and production readiness
* Participate in Agile delivery ceremonies and technical workshops
* Help improve engineering standards, automation, and deployment processes
Required Skills & Experience
Essential
* Strong hands-on experience with Majesco technologies/platforms
* Experience working on Majesco insurance implementations or migrations
* Good Java development skills
* Experience with enterprise integrations and APIs
* Strong understanding of insurance systems and processes
* Experience working in cloud or hybrid enterprise environments
* Ability to work independently in a remote-first team
Nice to Have
* Exposure to SAP platforms or SAP transformation programmes
* Azure experience, particularly Azure Fabric / Microsoft Fabric exposure
* Experience with ETL, data migration, or middleware tooling
* DevOps / CI/CD experience
* Experience working within large enterprise transformation programmes

Training & Development
