Executive Group Finance Director
Location: Hybrid (2–3 days on-site per week)

Our client is a high-profile, well-respected organisation operating within a specialist sector, currently undergoing an exciting and transformative period of change. This strategic transformation reflects evolving market dynamics, positions the organisation to seize emerging opportunities, and ensures long-term resilience and success.
As part of a refreshed Executive Structure, we are seeking a dynamic, commercially astute Executive Group Finance Director to lead the organisation’s financial strategy and performance through this pivotal journey.
About the Role:
This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for overseeing Group financial planning, performance, reporting, and transformation. You will play a key role in shaping and delivering the financial vision that underpins the organisation’s future.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Be a seasoned financial leader with a strong track record at executive level
* Bring experience from complex, larger organisations where transformation and change are constants
* Demonstrate commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and a forward-focused approach
* Be comfortable operating in a hybrid environment, with 2–3 days per week on site
