Cooks Blinds & Shutters Ltd are a successful family-owned Company, we are looking for a new member to join our team as an experienced service administrator. This is an opportunity to work within a small and professional team working mainly within the industrial/commercial sector.
We are looking for somebody who has a friendly personality who has the enthusiasm and ability to learn new skills quickly and can demonstrate an ability to work within a team environment.
To perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Assisting in daily office needs and general administrative duties.
General Duties:
· Answer customer enquiries via phone and email.
· Forward plan work for engineers.
· Raising works/tasks on our bespoke in-house system.
. Ordering parts and access equipment.
· Scheduling/planning and liaising with the engineers and clients.
· General office admin and support.
· Costing additional works and reconciling completed jobs.
· This role has the potential to evolve to sales.
Required Skills:
. Administrative experience preferred
. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
· Strong organisational skills, attention to detail with the ability of multi-tasking
. Good all round IT skills and proficiency in MS Office Products - Word, Outlook & Excel. Excellent written and oral communication skills
. Polite and professional telephone manner
Job Status: Full Time, Permanent Secure Position
Hours: Monday to Friday 0800 to 1700
Entitlements: 21 days holiday plus bank holidays. Pension
Salary: Negotiable, Depending on Experience
