Conversion Manager

Join Smurfit Westrock Markham Vale and take ownership of site-wide performance improvement.

What you'll own

• Performance of 924, DRO, Gopfert & Mastercut
• Speed, downtime and set-up (SMED) improvements
• Output growth from 46MSM → 55MSM
• Lean / Six Sigma projects and investment plans

What you'll do

• Use lean manufacturing principles to unlock productivity gains
• Analyse data, lead trials and deliver measurable improvements
• Work cross-functionally with production, engineering & planning
• Drive a site-wide productivity mindset
• Embed and sustain continuous improvement

Success looks like

• Increased machine speeds
• Defects reduced to 300 PPM
• 20+ improvements per year
• Strong team capability and zero LTAs
