As a Retail Customer Service & Sales Consultant at Telstra, you will assist customers in making technology choices that enhance their lives, provide expert guidance, and meet sales targets while fostering a positive, collaborative store environment.
Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences: help customers find the right products and services to suit their needs and make their time at Telstra memorable.
* Be the go‑to tech expert: stay up to date with the latest gadgets and services, offering informed guidance and solutions.
* Achieve and excel: use consultative selling skills to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Salary and Benefits
* Annual Fixed Remuneration: $64,915.20 per year (Junior rates apply for those under 20 years).
* Penalty rates: Additional 25% for weekday hours after 6 PM, 25% for Saturday, 100% for Sunday, and 150% for public holidays.
