We are part of the RAISE Education trust which comprises Wildern Secondary School, Deer Park Secondary School and Boorley Park Primary School. Our staff form a collective team that makes a difference to the lives of our students. We are looking for an enthusiastic, innovative and approachable Assistant Inclusion Manager for our additional provision "The Nest" to join a very successful behavioural team. The Nest, embodying nurture, education, support, and teaching, is a haven within our school. Just as a nest cradled in delicate branches becomes the launchpad for a young bird, our program provides a safe and supportive environment for students to flourish. Nests are built high, and like fledglings taking flight, we aim to empower our students to reach for their full potential. When they leave our care, they will be well-supported, nurtured, and equipped to achieve great things. The successful candidate will coordinate and support school strategies for vulnerable children. They will also work closely with The Nest Manager and the Senior Leadership Team to address the needs of children who need support to overcome barriers to learning both inside and outside school in order to achieve their full potential. As The Assistant Nest Inclusion Manager, you will be at the forefront of developing and implementing innovative educational strategies tailored to meet the needs of our students who have struggled to thrive in the mainstream school. You will work closely with teachers, support staff, parents, and external agencies to ensure our students receive the highest quality education and support. This role is focused on implementing a transformative approach to learning in a smaller, nurturing space, where students are able to focus on not only academic learning and skills but also those for life.
