Compliance Officer
37 Hours Per Week, Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5.00pm, Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm (1 hour for lunch).
£30,768 Per Annum

Responsibilities
* Proactively contribute to a safe and compliant estate by ensuring statutory checks are completed and recorded properly.
* Oversee contractors on site to maintain safety and compliance standards.
* Support safeguarding of students, staff and visitors through diligent compliance practices.
Who we are looking for
You might already be working as a Facilities Coordinator, Estates Officer, Compliance Assistant, or Site Manager in education, the NHS, housing, or the wider public sector. Or perhaps you’re in a compliance or facilities role within construction, property management or another multi-site organisation and are looking for a fresh challenge in a supportive, values-driven environment.
