IT Support Analyst (2nd Line Support) - Kentish Town (must live within easy access)
The IT Support Analyst provides high-quality service delivery to the business, meeting all agreed service levels. Responsibilities include technical support both face-to-face and over the telephone, along with remote support to employees. The role also involves supporting joint venture partners and clients when required, promoting IT and its usage within the company, and managing end-to-end project mobilization processes including deploying communications and printing solutions, ongoing support, and demobilization of managed IT equipment.
What you will be doing
1. Collaborate within the IT department and the wider business to support new service go-lives and project delivery.
2. Ensure IT Operations tickets are created, updated, escalated, and closed in line with SLA & Service Desk processes.
3. Support site mobilization, changes, and demobilization, ensuring IT equipment setup meets standards and KPIs.
4. Ensure all site IT systems and equipment are configured, documented, asset-tagged, and tracked in the IT Asset Database.
5. Manage end-user equipment delivery, logging returned equipment, and updating the CMDB accordingly.
6. Support core desktop and mobile systems, including deployment of company mobiles and mobile devices.
7. Assist in maintaining Teams rooms and VC suites.
8. Follow IT department procedures and policies, and participate in departmental meetings.
9. Maintain tidiness and safety in server rooms, workshop areas, and project sites, communicating issues to IT management.
10. Promote best practices in health, safety, quality, sustainability, and environmental matters.
11. Respond promptly to security actions related to end users and devices, including investigating suspicious activity and escalating as needed.
Who we are looking for
Previous technical operations or site IT support experience. Willingness to travel to other sites as required. Experience with desk-side support, dealing with end users, and remote support. Strong knowledge of Windows and Office. Previous site setup experience is a plus.
