We have an exciting role on offer within our South Tees Integration Programme as a South Tees Integration Programme Co-ordinator.
We’re looking for an experienced and highly organised Programme Co-ordinator to support the delivery of the South Tees Integration Programme, working across health and local government partners. The South Tees Integration Partnership brings together two local authorities (Middlesbrough and Redcar and Cleveland), the NENC ICB and NHS provider organisations (acute and mental health) to drive integrated, place based approaches to improving outcomes for local people. The Programme Coordinator plays a key role in supporting system delivery, governance and partnership working across South Tees.
You will:
* Co-ordinate programme activity across multiple partner organisations
* Support governance arrangements, including meetings, reporting and action tracking.
* Maintain programme documentation, plans and risk logs
* Support financial and performance monitoring activity
* Act as a central point of coordination between partners and workstreams
We are looking for someone with strong co-ordination, organisation and communication skills.
Experience supporting complex programmes or partnerships and confidence working with senior stakeholders across organisations.
Experience of system working across health and social care is desirable, but not essential.
