Starting Pay:£12.94 per hourWorking Hours:40 hours, Mon - Fri 8:30 to 17:00 (30 mins lunch)

The Opportunity
In addition to full time permanent opportunities, we are now offering summer work to enthusiastic and motivated individuals looking to gain practical workshop experience. Youll join our skilled assembly team to support the production of our world-class valves, learning valuable mechanical and teamwork skills along the way.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the mechanical assembly of valves and components to precise specifications
* Work alongside experienced operatives to learn industry-standard practices
* Prepare parts and tools needed for assembly operations
* Pick, Pack, dispatch and carry out nondestructive testing
* Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of quality
* Follow work instructions and health & safety procedures at all times
* Maintain a clean and organised work environment
* Participate in toolbox talks and team briefings
Who Were Looking For
* Interest in mechanical engineering or manufacturing
* Strong attention to detail and a practical, hands-on approach
* Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced colleagues
* Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
* Punctual, reliable, and safety-conscious
Eligibility
* Ideally studying a relevant course (e.g., Engineering, Manufacturing, Product Design, or similar)
* No prior workshop experience required full training provided
