The Role:
As SDR Team Lead, you’ll be both hands-on in prospecting and responsible for coaching a small team of SDRs. You’ll set the standard for outreach excellence, refine our playbook, and help the team consistently generate high-quality sales meetings for our Account Executives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup, enjoys rolling up their sleeves, and is passionate about both individual contribution and team development.
What You’ll Do:
Player (Individual Contributor)
* Prospect into target accounts using a mix of calls, emails, LinkedIn, and creative outreach.
* Qualify inbound and outbound leads to build a strong sales meeting pipeline.
* Book discovery meetings with relevant Stakeholders for the AE’s.
* Test and refine messaging to resonate with our target ICP.
Coach (Team Leadership)
* Mentor and train SDRs on outreach techniques, messaging, and qualification.
* Monitor activity and pipeline metrics, providing regular feedback and performance coaching.
* Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to optimize lead generation strategies.
* Help define and document the SDR playbook, ensuring repeatable success.
* Hire, onboard, and scale the SDR team as we grow.
What We’re Looking For:
* 2–4+ years of SDR/BDR experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in HR tech.
* Proven track record of exceeding pipeline and meeting-booking targets.
* Previous experience mentoring or managing junior SDRs is a plus.
* Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
* Data-driven, process-oriented, and comfortable with CRM/engagement tools (HubSpot experience is a plus)
* Self-starter who thrives in a start-up environment — resilient, and adaptable.
Why them:
* Be part of a fast-growing HR tech company with a mission that matters.
* Opportunity to shape the SDR function from the ground up.
* Career progression into full-time sales leadership or AE path.
* Competitive compensation with base + commission
* A supportive, collaborative, and ambitious team culture.
