What is the opportunity?The Marketing Delivery Team is made up of a design team, content team and digital marketing team.The role of Senior Digital Marketing Executive supports the Marketing delivery team by providing an excellent client experience, with the opportunity to make a tangible impact by engaging with a broad spectrum of digital marketing initiatives.RBC’s expectation is that all employees and contractors will work in the office with some flexibility to work up to 1 day per week remotely, depending on working arrangements.What will you do?
1. Email marketing and automation management by using a platform called Marketo.
2. Social media management using all the major social media platforms.
3. Minor website updates using WordPress and working with our digital team in Canada.
4. Support the wider team with a variety of digital marketing tasks.
5. Quality assurance, ensuring that all developments are tested thoroughly and implemented to the highest standards.
6. Effectively communicate, in written, verbal, and visual ways, with varied stakeholder groups both internally and externally.
7. Agree to comply with any reasonable instructions or regulations issued by the Company.
8. Champion client experience and instill it as a set of core principles that should be essential in what is prioritised, designed, delivered, and accepted across the Marketing industry.
What do you need to succeed?Must-have
9. Proven Digital Marketing experience, particularly in email and social media marketing.
10. Good analytical skills and the ability to understand and use web metrics.
11. Strong commercial and business acumen.
12. Exceptional organisational skills.
13. A high standard of written and spoken English, with good numerical skills.
14. Meticulous attention to detail.
Nice-to-have
15. Knowledge and experience of using Marketo.
16. Proven Digital Marketing experience, particularly in email and social media marketing, within financial services.
