Responsibilities
* Assisting with technical appraisals of prospective development sites
* Supporting cost assessments and identifying viable development solutions
* Helping ensure sites are suitable for servicing and construction
* Contributing to planning-related activities, including technical reports and liaising with external stakeholders
* Supporting document control, drawing management, and general technical administration
* Maintaining internal systems and tracking approvals
* Assisting with research into potential land opportunities
We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented graduate with a genuine interest in the built environment. You will have:
Qualifications
* A degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or similar)
* Strong IT skills (Excel, Word, Outlook; MS Project or similar is a bonus)
* An interest in planning, design, construction, and project delivery
* Good analytical and problem-solving skills
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Excellent organisation and the ability to manage multiple priorities
* A proactive, team-oriented approach with a willingness to learn
