Job Description
As a Receptionist, your responsibilities will include:
* Welcome and assist all visitors to the facility.
* Provide administrative support to the team.
* Ensure all records and appointments are updated and maintained accurately.
* Assist with queries and concerns, ensuring they are addressed promptly and professionally.
* Maintain a clean and organised reception area.
* Handle all incoming and outgoing calls, emails and post.
* Assist with any other administrative tasks as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Receptionist should have:
* Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* The ability to multitask and handle inquiries efficiently.
* The ability to work well in a team environment.
What's on Offer
* An hourly wage between £12.50 - £14 per hour
* 5-6 month temporary assignment with the chance of extension
