This role is responsible for designing, delivering, and managing training programs related to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) across the organization. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements, instructional design, and adult learning principles, and be skilled at communicating complex quality concepts clearly and effectively to new and existing employees. Main Activities/Tasks Develop and deliver engaging GMP training content (in-person, online, hybrid formats) tailored to various employee levels and roles. Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Operations, and other departments to ensure training content aligns with regulatory requirements and internal SOPs. Maintain up-to-date training materials reflecting current GMP regulations Conduct onboarding GMP training for new hires and refresher training for existing employees. Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and compliance metrics. Manage and publish training programmes associated with the Norbrook Quality Academy on the Metacompliance platform. Stay current with evolving GMP regulations and industry best practices. Assist with Induction training for new starts. Working closely with local colleges regarding apprenticeships and early careers programmes. Organise and coordinate reviews and class tests for apprentices. Support apprentice progression by facilitating internal transitions across various programmes, in collaboration with SRC, SERC, Ulster University (UU), and Queen's University Belfast (QUB). Provide ongoing support to apprentices, maintaining regular communication with mentors, managers, and partner colleges/universities to ensure smooth integration and successful course engagement. Essential Criteria: Good working knowledge of GMP. Experience of delivering training sessions to a wide-ranging audience Excellent presentation and facilitation skills. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Desirable Criteria: Familiarity with global regulatory requirements Experience of Training Delivery and development of training content. Qualified to Level 3 in Education and Training (EAT) or Equivalent qualification Duration: 9-12 month maternity cover Location: Newry Additional Information: Applicants should be able to provide proof that they have a right to work in the UK at the time of their application.
