Job title: Sales Co-ordinator
Location: Long Crendon
Contract Details: Full time, Permanent
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm (1 hour lunch break)
Hyrbid working: 3 days in office, 2 days at home

Raise and process quotations and sales orders
Engage with customers to understand their requirements
Proactively follow up on outstanding quotations
Update the ERP system with customer feedback
Expedite orders when necessary
Build and maintain excellent customer relationships
Collaborate with the sales team to set actionable next steps
No cold callingSkills:
Previous experience in a sales or customer service role
Strong communication skills and ability to prioritise workload
Familiarity with ERP systems
Basic understanding of technical products and proposalsPlease note: Due to the client location, you must be able to drive and have your own transport.
