Overview
We are seeking an individual to join our team as a construction adminstrator. This role is essential in ensuring the operation of our office environment and works programme. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a background in administrative tasks, with proficiency in various software applications. This position requires a proactive approach to managing office duties and supporting team members effectively.
Duties
* Perform general office admin tasks, construction and local authority admin & licensing applications.
* Manage phone communications, emails and correspondence with professionalism.
* Utilise Microsoft Office and Google Workspace to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
* Maintain accurate records and files
* Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.
* Support the organisation of building material supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is well-stocked and maintained.
* Collaborate with colleagues on various projects, providing administrative support as needed.
Requirements
* Previous office experience is essential, with a strong background in administrative roles and construction preferred.
* Proficient computer skills, including typing accuracy.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Attention to detail for accurate data entry and record management.

Pay: £13.00-£16.00 per hour
