Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Dispensing Optician based in Evesham. The Dispensing Optician will assist customers in choosing eyewear, ensure proper lens fitting, and provide personalized recommendations. Responsibilities include taking accurate measurements for spectacles and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service. Coordination with the optometrist team to deliver high‑quality optical care is a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in dispensing high end products
* Strong focus on delivering excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
* Attention to detail and ability to utilise technology to offer bespoke dispenses
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
* Relevant certifications or training as a Dispensing Optician
* Trainee Dispensing opticians would be considered
