The role will involve providing clear, practical and tailored legal advice, ensuring that clients interests are protected at every stage.You will be expected to build and maintain strong client relationships, offering sensitive and professional guidance on often complex and personal matters. Keeping abreast of developments in private client law and regulatory changes will be key, as will maintaining the firms high standards of technical excellence and client care.THE CANDIDATE: The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE gained within a private client team, handling a broad range of wills, trusts and probate matters. You will be technically strong, confident in managing your own caseload independently, and comfortable advising on more complex estate planning issues.STEP qualification would be advantageous, although this is not essential.
