About the Role: As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and growth of the service, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and maintaining the highest standards of care. You’ll lead a team of care professionals, support staff development, and drive performance to ensure the branch continues to thrive.
