Who We're Looking For
We welcome applications from individuals who:
Have already graduated or are in their final year of university
Are passionate about supporting young people
Are confident, proactive, and eager to learn
Are considering a future PGCE, teacher‑training route, or education‑based career
What the Role Involves
Depending on your skills and interests, roles may include:
Classroom support
Behaviour mentoring
Cover supervision
SEN support
Subject‑specific roles (e.g., English, Maths, Science, Humanities, PE)
Reference Requirements
To work with Milk Education, you must be able to provide three professional references:
1 Employment reference
1 Academic reference
1 Character reference
These need to be from professional or academic contacts—not friends or family.
