What we look for in a Head Chef:
This role requires someone who can inspire a team, bring out potential, lead by example, and develop, cost, and produce fresh seasonal menus for various revenue streams.
* Experience championing excellent service through quality food, as a Head Chef or Sous Chef
* Passion for leading and developing a team
* Hands-on team player with excellent communication skills
* Responsible for managing kitchen staff rota, training, and health and safety
* Creativity in designing and delivering new dishes and specials
* Strong planning and organisational skills to maintain control over GP and labour
* Proactive in driving sales and growth through team engagement
