Job Summary
This role supports the Global Regulatory Services and Regional Business Management activities within Global Business Management, providing strategic and operational support to ensure alignment with financial goals and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with senior leaders to ensure seamless business management across regions.
* Oversee operational budgets, headcount, and projects to improve efficiency and compliance.
* Coordinate with stakeholders to optimise workflows and manage budgets.
* Drive process improvements, performance analysis, and risk mitigation initiatives.
* Manage resource allocation and deliver insights to leadership for decision-making.
* Prepare accurate and compliant reports and documents.
* Support UK SMF & Regional activities, including governance meetings and deep dive reviews.
* Collaborate with various teams on new initiatives and strategic projects.
* Coordinate Business Impact Assessments (BIA) and Business Continuity Planning (BCP).
Requirements:
* Strong knowledge of Capital Markets operations and processes.
* Understanding of RBC Capital Markets organizational structure.
* Financial skills, including budgeting.
* Ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Relevant degree or experience in Finance, Engineering, Science, or Math.
* Project management skills are a plus.
