Role: Project Director – Construction – MEP

Location: Bristol, UK
Salary: £90,000 - £100,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits

The Role:
The MEP Project Director will be responsible for the successful leadership and delivery of a major industrial project in Bristol. This role will suit an ambitious Senior MEP Project Manager seeking to progress into a Project Director position, with the opportunity to take full responsibility for project execution and client delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading the overall delivery of a large-scale industrial project in Bristol.
* Providing direction and oversight to project teams across M&E disciplines.
* Managing client relationships and acting as the key point of contact throughout the project.
* Overseeing project budgets, schedules, and risk management.
* Ensuring technical compliance, quality, and safety standards are maintained.
* Managing subcontractors and supply chain performance.
* Supporting business growth by contributing to bids and tender processes when required.
Requirements:
* Degree or trade qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
* Proven experience as a Senior MEP Project Manager, ideally seeking progression to Project Director level.
* Strong background in industrial project delivery (pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or large-scale process facilities).
* Excellent leadership and team management skills.
* Strong commercial and contract management knowledge.
* Effective communicator with the ability to develop client relationships.
