The role They're now looking for a Trainee Engineer to join their Fire & Security team in the London region - a hands-on, field-based role with a structured training programme, regular pay progression, and a clear path into a senior engineering career. You'll work alongside experienced engineers from day one, learning on the job while completing a comprehensive modular training programme with classroom-based elements covering a range of fire safety systems and industry standards. You will: * Assist with servicing and maintenance of fire alarm and fire safety systems * Support engineers with testing, fault-finding, and system handovers * Learn relevant industry standards and procedures * Work across commercial sites throughout the London region Who we're looking for You don't need to be fully qualified - but you do need to be someone who shows up, takes pride in their work, and is genuinely eager to build a long-term career in the industry.
