They are seeking a candidate who:
* Has 3-5 years of hands-on experience in data science, machine learning, or AI.
* Possesses a strong academic background, especially in mathematics or related fields.
* Is eager to learn aggressively and grow into a leadership role, driving product innovation and strategic thinking.
* Brings expertise in machine learning and AI, with experience in fintech or adjacent sectors considered a plus.
* Thrives in a start-up environment, demonstrating initiative, enthusiasm, and a results-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
